Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our fast-growing Customer Projects team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for project coordination, client communication, and structured delivery within the ERP or IT services domain. You will work closely with senior project managers and technical teams to ensure the smooth execution of IFS and Kaizens product delivery projects.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the end-to-end project lifecycle for internal and client-facing projects.
-Coordinate project plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones with relevant stakeholders.
-Manage project documentation, including status reports, action logs, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
-Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and resolving any risks or blockers.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including consultants, developers, and QA – to ensure timely delivery.
-Act as a point of contact for internal coordination and client communication under senior guidance.
-Support resource scheduling and basic project financial tracking.
-Learn and apply Kaizens project methodology and best practices, with continuous improvement mindset.
Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
-1–2 years of experience in a coordination or project assistant role (ERP/IT sector preferred).
-Good understanding of project management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Excel).
-Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
-Clear and professional communication skills – written and verbal.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Eagerness to grow into a full-fledged Project Manager role over time.
-Certification or training in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2 Foundation, or Agile/Scrum) is a plus but not mandatory.
