1️⃣ Junior Customer Care Executive (JCCE)

  • Less than 2 years of experience in a call center/contact center
  • Age preferably below 25 years

2️⃣ Senior Customer Care Executive (SCCE)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center/contact center
  • Age preferably below 27 years

Requirements for Both Roles:

✔ Passed GCE O/L (Maths & English) & GCE A/L
✔ IT certification (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls & emails professionally
  • Resolve customer inquiries & complaints effectively
  • Provide accurate product/service information

Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent in Sinhala & English (Tamil is a plus)
  • Active listening & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work 24/7 shifts under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Basic IT proficiency
