1️⃣ Junior Customer Care Executive (JCCE)
- Less than 2 years of experience in a call center/contact center
- Age preferably below 25 years
2️⃣ Senior Customer Care Executive (SCCE)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center/contact center
- Age preferably below 27 years
Requirements for Both Roles:
✔ Passed GCE O/L (Maths & English) & GCE A/L
✔ IT certification (added advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls & emails professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries & complaints effectively
- Provide accurate product/service information
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in Sinhala & English (Tamil is a plus)
- Active listening & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 24/7 shifts under pressure
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Basic IT proficiency
